Pascal Chibuike Okechukwu, popularly known as Cubana Chief Priest, is an entertainer, show promoter, millionaire businessman and the owner of Club Xhrine in Owerri. His night club was established in December 2020 in the aftermath of his resignation from Cubana Group as the General Manager.

Cubana Chief Priest was born on March 26, 1982, in Umuhu Okabia, Orsu Local Government Area of Imo State. He is the second son of his parents.
