BRIEF HISTORY OF THE NIGERIA IMMIGRATION SERVICE (NIS)

The Nigerian Immigration Service, NIS, is a very important government agency that was carved out of the Nigerian Police Force in 1958 to handle issues related to modern migration management in Nigeria.
